As time progresses with vision and purpose, we embark on new journeys. On February 3, 2024, the Jiaxin Group Annual Gala was held as scheduled. The event unfolded in three chapters: the Annual Summary Meeting, the "Guandan" Card Game Competition, and the Banquet & Entertainment. Leaders and employees of Jiaxin Group gathered together to reflect on the achievements of 2023 and look forward to the opportunities in 2024.

Gathering Strength & Persevering with Purpose

The scroll of time unfurls through diligent effort, and splendid chapters are written in continuous striving. On the morning of February 3, department leaders of Jiaxin Group convened for the Year-End Summary Meeting.

Department representatives delivered work reports in sequence, providing a comprehensive and objective review of 2023. Through detailed analysis, they shared insights, acknowledged shortcomings, and outlined key tasks and directions for the upcoming year. The journey of 2023 was marked by challenges, obstacles, and breakthroughs—each moment a testament to individual and collective growth.

The path ahead is both vast and brilliant, demanding steadfast progress. The meeting concluded with a speech by General Manager Chen, who summarized the Group's work in 2023, analyzed the current internal and external landscape, and elaborated on the company's development plan for 2024 and beyond. Mr. Chen emphasized that today's achievements are the result of the relentless efforts of all employees. Together, we have shared glory, laughter, sweat, growth, and heartfelt moments. He encouraged everyone to continue striving side by side, advancing with firm and steady steps toward grander accomplishments.

Vying for the "Guandan" Title, Welcoming the New Spring

To enrich employees' cultural life and foster a united, positive, and harmonious atmosphere, Jiaxin Group continued last year's popular tradition by hosting the 2nd "Guandan King" Employee Card Game Competition, complete with exciting prizes.

Participants immersed themselves fully in the competition. Partners collaborated closely, demonstrating seamless teamwork and strategic skills. While each pair vied cleverly for victory and scores were tightly contested, the atmosphere remained joyful and lighthearted, with everyone relishing the fun brought by the game.

The Banquet: A Gathering of Family

This year marked the first annual celebration since the company's relocation. Holding the banquet onsite aimed to create a warm, familial atmosphere for all.

The banquet was a highlight, featuring engaging fun games and thrilling lucky draws that elevated the excitement and strengthened the bonds of camaraderie. Generous prizes added delightful surprises and joy to the evening.
