Jiaxin Group Successfully Holds Team Building and Party Building Event with the Theme "United We Build, Together We Thrive"

To enhance team cohesion and enrich employees' cultural life, Jiaxin Group, together with the International Department/Business Office of Jiangning Agricultural Bank, held a unique team building event at Tangshan Fengshuo Happy Farm on May 10. Through joint Party building activities, ecological research, farming experiences, and team interactions, employees enjoyed a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere that strengthened communication and further boosted team unity, while also highlighting Jiaxin Group's commitment to employee care.

During the event, the Party branch of Jiangsu Jiaxin Energy Co., Ltd. and the Party branch of Jiangning Agricultural Bank's International Department/Business Office held a brief cooperation ceremony and signed a Party building agreement, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration.

In the seed ecosystem research session, employees gained a deeper understanding of modern agricultural technology and ecological cycles through professional explanations. The following fruit and vegetable picking activity allowed urbanites to experience the joy of harvesting firsthand. Bending down in the fields, they filled their baskets with plump, red tomatoes and crisp, green cucumbers—nothing tastes sweeter than what you pick yourself.

The team games brought the atmosphere to a peak. "Balloon Team Relay" tested coordination and默契配合, while "Human Puzzle Challenge" sparked creative collaboration. Amid laughter and cheers, employees further enhanced their team awareness and communication efficiency. At noon, everyone shared a farm-style lunch, enjoying the simple flavors and the warmth of collective companionship.

During the free activity period in the afternoon, employees chose from various leisure options based on their interests, including feeding adorable animals, mushroom picking, fishing, or playing the classic card game "Guandan." The lush, vibrant farm provided a perfect setting for everyone to relax and reconnect with nature. Close interactions with cute animals, freshly picked mushrooms, the tranquility of fishing, and strategic card games all offered employees a refreshing and rejuvenating experience.
